Winchendon Records 15 Deed Transfers, but Pricing Data Still Pending for Most
Winchendon recorded 15 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one has a posted sale price so far: $70,513 for 23 Chestnut St, sold by Kristen Lynch to Figure Lending LLC on Sept. 9. The other 14 transfers, including three on Royalston Road and two on Ash Street, have no price yet, a normal lag in registry reporting rather than a sign prices were withheld. Several transfers involve Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, consistent with lender-side transactions. With pricing data this limited, the dataset does not yet support conclusions about overall market tone for the period.
