Just One of Ten Winchendon Property Transfers Reports a Sale Price
Ten property deeds were recorded in Winchendon between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carried a sale price by the time records were reviewed: 20 Cedar St., which sold for $70,000 on Aug. 24 with Pennymac Loan Services LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. listed as buyers. Prices for the other nine transactions, on Ash, Hale, Morse, Emerald, Liberty, Lincoln, Island and Joslin streets, had not yet posted. Several sellers named in the period's deeds are mortgage lenders or loan servicers, and two transfers involved family trusts. With pricing data available for just one of ten deeds, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this data alone.
