Seven Winchendon deeds recorded in August, none disclose a sale price
Seven Winchendon properties changed hands between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, 2026, according to deeds recorded at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds. None of the seven deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median could be calculated, and transactions could not be ranked by value. Four of the seven deeds listed a bank or credit union, Digital Federal Credit Union, Workers Credit Union or HSBC Finance Corp., alongside an individual as seller. One transfer moved property between the same family members, from individual to trustee ownership. Transactions were spread across six different streets with no geographic clustering, and all were recorded within a two-day span, Aug. 10 to Aug. 11.
