Only 1 of 12 Winchendon deeds carries a price so far this period
Winchendon recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a sale price by this reporting period: $54,000 for 25 High St., sold Sept. 1 by Ryan R. Tenney and Ryan Tenney to GFA Federal Credit Union. With prices not yet available for the other 11 transactions, the recorded price range and median both stand at $54,000. Two Spring Street properties changed hands the same week, and a Central Street property moved into what appears to be a family trust. Because pricing data typically lags recording by about a week, this snapshot reflects transaction volume more than sale values so far.
