Winchendon Redevelopment Authority advances development portfolio toward state affordable housing goal. Chair Leston Goodrich presided over the May 11 meeting where the authority voted 3-0 to approve financial reports and to purchase Quicken software to address bank reconciliation discrepancies. Vice Chair David P.
Connor and Members Garrett Wante and Michele Comeau were present; Mike Barbaro was absent. The authority received updates on Hillview Business Park, which has cleared its 20-day appeal period with a grant deadline of June 3, 2026, and on the Mill at Glenallen residential development with 38 efficiency to two-bedroom units and ten retail spaces, positioned to help Winchendon meet state affordable housing requirements.
