The authority received updates on Hillview Business Park, which has cleared its 20-day appeal period with a grant deadline of June 3, 2026, and on the Mill at Glenallen residential development with 38 efficiency to two-bedroom units and ten retail spaces, positioned to help Winchendon meet state affordable housing requirements.
