Winchendon recorded 12 property deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds data. Only two of the 12 sales disclosed a price, ranging from $60,000 to $360,000, with a median of $210,000. The period's highest disclosed sale was 34 Emerald St., which sold for $360,000 on July 20 to buyers Hui Yi Su and Xiuqing Chen. No street recorded more than one sale, and several deeds listed banks or lending entities as a party to the transaction.
