Winchendon Records 12 Property Sales in Late Summer, Most Prices Undisclosed

Winchendon recorded 12 property deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds data. Only two of the 12 sales disclosed a price, ranging from $60,000 to $360,000, with a median of $210,000. The period's highest disclosed sale was 34 Emerald St., which sold for $360,000 on July 20 to buyers Hui Yi Su and Xiuqing Chen. No street recorded more than one sale, and several deeds listed banks or lending entities as a party to the transaction. With pricing disclosed for just two of 12 transactions, the data offers limited visibility into overall market value trends this period.
