Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 Winchendon property transfers between July 3 and August 1, but only one had a sale price recorded: 33 East St., which sold for $281,000 on July 8 from Jessica L. King to Lindsey Rose Parise. With pricing available for just one deed, the range and median both sit at $281,000, and no broader price trend can be drawn from the data. Bank, mortgage and lender entities, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citizens Bank, Capital One and several mortgage-servicing firms, appear on at least eight of the 12 deeds, a pattern visible in the records though not explained by them. Transfers were spread across 11 different streets with no clustering on any single block.
