Winchendon Redevelopment Authority advances water wheel park construction through site inspection. Chair Leston Goodrich led members through a review of granite placement, electrical work by Kirby Electric, signage, and drainage improvements at Beech Street Park. Vice Chair David P.
Connor, Garrett Wante, and Michele Comeau attended; Mike Barbaro was absent. Connor noted a crane may be needed to install granite; the Authority postponed that decision. The Authority voted unanimously to recess and adjourn.
