Winchendon Redevelopment Authority explores state demolition grant for 4 Summer Drive. Authority Chair Leston Goodrich, Vice Chair David P. Connor, and member Michele Comeau met with Massachusetts Development Corporation staff to explore Site Readiness Program grants ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 for the commercially zoned property after an assessment ruled out rehabilitation.

No conceptual plans have been developed; the Authority may hire a planning consultant before an expression of interest deadline of June 3, 2026.
