Winchendon Redevelopment Authority approves procedures, advances $4M grant application. The board unanimously approved debit card and financial control procedures; Chairman Leston Goodrich will coordinate email authorizations for mid-month purchases between regularly scheduled meetings and vote approval at the next session. Land Use Coordinator Nicole Roberts reported the preliminary Mass Works Grant application for Hillview Business Park has been submitted with a June 3 deadline, requesting $4 million; the Planning Board has approved renewal of project dates.
The Authority scheduled special meetings for April 16 to review Beech Street Park layout and April 24 at 10 a.m. for a Mass Development site visit regarding 4 Summer Drive.
