Charter committee continues review of town governance language
Charter Bylaw Review Committee · Meeting of April 8, 2026
Winchendon's Charter Bylaw Committee continues its systematic review of town governance sections and charter language. The committee awaits state guidance on whether Winchendon must establish an Industrial Development Financing Authority.
Karen Kast-McBride will investigate how other towns place the town clerk function.
