WINCHENDON — Charter Bylaw Review Committee divides charter and bylaw articles among members for offline February work. The committee, chaired by Ron Muse and attended by Marc Dowart, Monique Connor, and Yvonne Senecal, assigned Article 24 to Muse, Articles 25 and 26 to Connor, and additional articles to Dowart. Marc Dowart recommended removing Article 11 and flagged Article 10 regarding watercraft for alignment with current state law; Monique Connor requested Michael Gaynor reword his articles to ensure the charter aligns with bylaws on administrative provisions.
The committee scheduled a full review meeting for March 4, with follow-up sessions set for March 16 and April 1 if necessary.
