Authority approves 275 Lincoln Avenue property closing

Winchendon Redevelopment Authority · Meeting of March 9, 2026

Winchendon Redevelopment Authority authorizes Lincoln Avenue closing, raises recording secretary pay to $200 monthly. Chairman Leston Goodrich was authorized by unanimous vote to sign all closing documents for 275 Lincoln Avenue, with Land Use Coordinator Nicole Roberts to forward documents to the attorney. The board voted 2-1 with one abstention to increase Recording Secretary Jenelle Sroczynski's monthly compensation to $200 for up to eight hours per month, with additional hours at $25 per hour—her first raise in years despite typically working only 5-6 hours monthly.

The Authority also approved a $275 invoice for Sroczynski's bank-setup work and initiated a Massworks grant application for roadway improvements at Hillview Business Park scheduled for Planning Board review March 17.
