Winchendon Redevelopment Authority appoints member, accepts property offer for $5,000. The Authority unanimously endorsed Michele Comeau, a longtime business owner and Audit Committee member, to fill a vacant board seat, and accepted a $5,000 offer from residents Art LeRay and Deven LeRay to purchase 275 Lincoln Avenue, as-is. Chair Leston Goodrich, Vice Chair David P.
Connor, Member Mike Barbaro, and Member Garrett Wante all voted unanimously. The Authority retained Attorney Glenny to handle the sale and updated bank account access to remove former Town Manager Justin Slutzbach and Kenneth LaBrack and add Comeau and Town Manager William McKinney.
